When asked why artists should consider attending these workshops, George Porter, Managing Director of Lake Oswego Consulting Group stated:

“With the advent of new digital technologies and new tools available to artists to promote their art and themselves online, it is vital for artists,  photographers, sculptors, and other creatives to create a strong online presence and take advantage of free online promotion for their art and themselves via the internet. The series of workshops developed by Lake Oswego Consulting Group has been designed by fine artists who also have 25+ years experience in traditional and online sales and marketing. If you are an artist, painter, photographer, sculptor, writer, musician, actor or other creative, you need to know how to utilize social media marketing and search engine optimization to expose your artwork and yourself to art collectors, art galleries, art museums, art organizations, corporations, individuals, existing customers and millions of prospective customers locally, regionally, nationally and globally. Lake Oswego Consulting Group has developed the “Marketing Your Art” Series of Workshops to help fellow artists do just that.”

There is no cost to register and seating is limited to 50 participants. Payment is due on September 6, 2012 to hold your reservation.
